Be Empowered is for expecting parents who want to walk into birth prepared — not just informed, but genuinely confident.
Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, our class is designed for couples who want:
Evidence-based education on labour, birth, and the early postpartum weeks
A Christian foundation — Scripture and biblical encouragement woven through the practical content
A supportive, informed birth partner who knows how to help
Real answers to real questions, not just information overload
Who is it for
Be Empowered is a one-day, in-person comprehensive childbirth education class, regularly run at LifeHouse Church, Westmeadows Victoria, Australia.
Also available Online across Australia.
In our class, you will feel like you’re spending time with a group of friends in a beautiful relaxed environment curated especially for you. Be Empowered gives you a full day to properly absorb what you need to know with support available, before during and after the class.
10:45am – 6pm — a full day for your comfort and learning needs.
Small group sizes to ensure you can actually ask your questions, while still building community and connection with other expecting couples.
Delivered by a Registered Nurse, Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator.

Alongside the practical evidence-based information, our heart is to ensure Jesus is the center of each module and we do this by:Learning how to stand firm in God’s Word as the foundation of your pregnancy journey and beyond
Understanding your God-given authority during labour
Using prayer and Scripture as tools for peace, strength, and endurance
Replacing fear with faith and confidence

How much does it cost
$375 per couple. This covers unlimited support before, during and after our class together, in addition to resources for you to keep, designed for your pregnancy, labour & birth journey so you can continue preparing together.
Payment plans are available.
$200 for couples attending through a partnering church — ask us if you're not sure whether you qualify or if you’d be interested in arranging a partnership with your church.
