Across Australia, the need for faith-filled, holistic birth preparation has never been greater.

• 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers experience postnatal anxiety or depression within the first year after birth.

• These challenges deeply affect marriages, families, and church communities — yet with early, Christ-centred, evidence-based education, these outcomes can be transformed.

Despite this growing need, there are currently no Christian-based childbirth education classes in Australia.
This means thousands of expecting Christian couples attend secular or hospital-based programs that leave faith out of one of the most miraculous, vulnerable and exciting seasons of life. A season where Holy Spirit’s wisdom, love and peace that surpasses understanding is so needed!!

That’s why Empowered Parenthood Australia exists — to bridge this gap by offering the nation’s first God-honouring, faith-driven birth classes that combine professional education with biblical truth, prayer, and community.

We’re calling on churches and couples across Australia to stand with us — to prepare for birth in a way that aligns with their faith, honours God’s design, and points every story of precious new life back to His glory.
